This work traces the work of Gaspare Ambrosini (1886-1985) along three different ones Italian political systems of the twentieth century: liberal, fascist and republican. Il saggio esamina le conseguenze della revisione del 2001 del Titolo V, Parte II della Costituzione sul riparto delle competenze legislative tra Stato e Regioni in materia di beni pubblici, per valutare in particolare se il potenziamento dell’autonomia legislativa regionale abbia comportato un’ulteriore frammentazione delle categorie di beni pubblici elaborate dalla disciplina codicistica.
